How can I complete my hand hygiene assessment?

You can undertake your annual hand hygiene assessment at the WMI Reception between 8.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday. The assessor will put some glitter gel on your hands. This will show up when placing your hands under an ultra violet (UV) light. You should ensure your hands (front, back and wrists) are completely covered. You will then be asked to wash off the gel usin g soap and water and then return to the WMI Reception to assess whether the gel has been completely cleaned off. Your name, department, job title and payroll number are required. There is no need to book as you can just turn up for the assessment.
